Conditioning:


A. Alt OT90 sec x 4 rounds: (18 mins)

M1: 5 Weighted Pull Ups

M2: 10 alt Hanging DB Reverse Lunges

M3: 15 Hip Thrusts

*Let's put these Christmas calories to good use, each set should be to near faiure.


B. In teams of 3:

9 min Echo Bike for Max Calories, break it up how you like.

*Efforts should be 30 seconds at very max, most likely shorter.
