CrossFit: This is what we specialise in. CrossFit's goal is to develop the 10 components of Fitness - Cardiovascular Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination,
Agility, Balance and Accuracy.
Weightlifting: Based around the two Olympic lifts of the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk. These classes are wonderful places to develop technique in these lifts, along with translatable Strength, Speed and Power.
Gymnastics: This class is skill based, designed at progressing people though Floor, Bar, Ring and other Gymnastic exercises.
Competitor's Club: This class is tailored towards people who are looking to compete in CrossFit or fitness events. These classes focus on aspects required for competition.
Sweat: Sweat is a class designed to get your heart rate up and your body moving. Free of barbells, Sweat is predominately body weight and less technical exercises. If you are looking for a high intensity workout without feeling intimidated this is great class for you!
Open Gym: Want to practise and play? Be our guest! Our 'Coached' Open Gym sessions have a Coach available to help you out!
All our classes go for 60 minutes except our Saturday Weightlifting cass which goes for 90 minutes.
