Tough Head under Bar Bent Arm Hold

10 Side Plank Arch Ups (e side)

20 Hollow Rocks

Comp Class:

Bench Press: Find a 5RM, then 3s x 5r x 80% of that 5RM.


In 10 minutes:

Bar Dips: Max reps in 2 minutes. Then, 3 x 30% of those reps. Try to do those unbroken.
