*Prioritize good form on the bodyweight movements, adjust reps so it stays under 2 mins.

4 Wall Facing HSPU

5 Strict Toes to Bar

6 Box Jumps (30/24"")

*Modify Muscle Up to a low strict transition + 3 Kip Swing w Hip Drive (drop after each hip drive)
