On weekends we cannot enter through the usual spot (Gate 8). You must enter through Gate 1, which is near the Railway line on Graylands Road.


In Pairs: 18 minute AMRAP:

8 DB Power Cleans (22.5/15kg)

40 Crossover Singles

8 DB Box Step Ups (22.5/15kg)

*One partner completes the AMRAP while the other does a 16/12 Calorie Row. Once the Row is finished the partners switch roles.

15 DB Bench Press (22.5/15kg)
