*8/side each set w controlled eccentric.

*Control on descent

D3. 4 Kettlebell Arm Bars

*each set with internal / external rotation at top of each rep


B. Every 5 minutes for 20 minutes (4 rounds)

24 Dumbbell Front Rack Rev. alt. Lunges (22.5/15kg)

18 Box Jump Overs (24/20)

14 Push Ups

*4 min cap each round
