Timetable update

After getting the feedback from our survey, we have made some changes to the timetable that we will trial. The timetable can be seen below and takes effect immediately. The changes are as below:
Monday: Added 10.15 am Weightlifting class and removed Sweat class
Wednesday: Added 7.30 am CrossFit. There was quite a bit of interest in this timeslot, so if you would like to see it on other days make sure you get to it.
Thursday: Added 6.30 pm Comp Class and removed 6.30pm CrossFit
Friday: Added 5.30 pm CrossFit and removed 5.30 pm Comp Class.
Hyrox: On Sunday 7.30 am, beginning June 9th we will have a 12 week cycle leading up to the Perth Hyrox Race.
