DB Arm Wrestle Challenge: Find your max without moving/lifting your elbow.


A. 'Multi Carry'

3 Rounds for load alt OT90

A1. 60m DB Farmers Carry

A2. 40m KB Front Rack Carry

A3. 20m DB OH Walk

*All with 2x DB/KBs. Make the farmers really tough, KB tough but not leaning back and OH light unless a great position.


B. 4 Rounds:

3 min AMRAP

4 lateral hurdle and under (2 each way)

6 alt DB Snatch (22.5/15kg)

8 V Ups

- 1 min rest between rounds -

*Challenge yourself with the DB

*If you can't make contact with feet on a V Up: do a sit up

6 Power Snatch (52.5/35kg)
