Fitness 1. Progressions: Push up or HSPU:
*If you cannot do at least 5 Strict Push Ups from your toes or 5 Strict HSPU contact your coach for modification options. We want to give you progressions so you can get these sorted.
For time - 9 x 35% of your Max Unbroken set. After these 9 sets, do the remaining reps from your week 5 total (20 x 20%) broken up however you like.
2. OT5 Min x 3 Rounds:
Each round for time
20/15 Calorie Echo Bike
60 Double Unders
*If you don't complete the round subtract 5 Burpees and Calories from the previous round. Performance: 1 & 2. See Fitness
