Fitness: 


A. Every 4 minutes x 4 sets

5 Toes to Bars + 15 Abmat Sit Ups

15 1x DB Box step ups (22.5/15kg, 24/20")

AMRAP Lateral Burpees over DB until 3 min mark

*Good option to work on Toes to bar.


B. Cashout (in 12 minutes)

3 sets:

10-12 Knee over Toe Calf Raises

5 Band Assisted Natural Knee Extensions

5 Banded Nordic Curls

Max 20/15kg Plate pinch hold (reduce load if needed to get minimum 10 seconds)

*Use Ironedge plates


Performance:
