A. OTM x 20 minutes:

M1: Double Unders

M2: Push Ups

M3: Med Ball Sit Up

M4: Strict Pull Ups

M5: Rest

Round 1: 20 sec work / 40 rest

Round 2: 30 sec work / 30 rest

Round 3: 40 sec work / 20 rest

Round 4: 50 sec work / 10 rest

*In groups of 4, start on different movements and everyone rests after doing each movement once.

M4: Bar Muscle Ups

M5: Rest

Round 1: 20 sec work / 40 rest

Round 2: 30 sec work / 30 rest

Round 3: 40 sec work / 20 rest

Round 4: 50 sec work / 10 rest

*In groups of 4, start on different movements and everyone rests after doing each movement once. If you don't have strict hspu then do kipping.
