M1: 2 Rope Climb

M2: 2 Wall Walks + Max Push Ups

M3: 15-25 V Ups

M4: 10-20 Pull Ups

M5: 150m Run

*Challenge yourself with the reps, and its OK to drop off a little, but not too much.
