B. Royal Marine Pull Up test:
Max reps following the cadence, if you drop or cannot hold your chin above the bar for the designated period the test is over. If you manage to get to 16, get as many reps after that as possible at your own cadence.
*If you don't have 2 strict chest to bar pull ups complete instead of A and B.
3 challenging chin over bar holds
3 sets of 5 banded chest to bar
3 sets of 5 strict pull ups
