15 alt Reverse BW Lunges

15 V Ups

10 S leg Bent Knee Heel Raises

20s S Leg Wall Sit (e side)


Performance:


A. Back Squat: In 15 minutes

5 x 70%

5 x 75%

5 x 80%

5 x 85%

Press: 4s x 2-5 reps @ 85%

*Don't go to failure.
