Record your time (in seconds) and number of steps in comments. Your score = time + steps.

*Score is lowest of the 6 sets. 1 min cap each set. If you don't have consistent walks then get 1 min of practise.


12 - 24 min:

OT90, alt for a tough Hold (2 rounds)
