SUNDAY: Fitness: Three Lives: 30-minute rolling clock First Life: Strict Pull-Ups Second Life: Burpees: Third Life: Walking Lunges This workout runs like a "Death By' Workout, where each minute you will be required to complete that minute worth of reps: eg 20th minute, you must do 20 reps. You start with strict pull ups, once you can no longer get the required reps, the next minute immediately go into burpees. Once you can no longer hold the burpees, go into walking lunges. If you are still going at 30 minutes, you have completed the workout. Try to hold each movement as long as possible. Performance: See Fitness
