Light Load + Tempo – Strengthen the Range

Standard joint prep + isolated hip ROM and control + unilateral and bilateral loading through full range of motion.

Fitness:


A. alt OTM for 10 mins:

Odd: 5 Snatch Grip Romanian Deadlifts

Even: 3 Broad Jumps for distance


B. 3 Rounds

3-6-9-12-15-etc

Russian KB Swing (32/24kg)

HYROX:

A. OT4M: 4 x 500m Run

*As fast as possible but no more than 15 seconds of variation. Try to hold the same pace as last week.


20 min:

15 min AMRAP:

300m Ski

30m Travelling Burpee

30m DB Walking Lunge

150m Farmers Carry (32/24kg)

*Extra 50% on each set, aim to get the same amount of reps as last week with the larger sets and that's a win.


40 min:

1000m Run
