Max Toes through Rings in the remaining time


No rest between rounds. The score is total Toes through Rings

5 Rounds:

Run 150m

10 Chest to Bar Pull Ups


5 minutes rest


5 Rounds:

15/12 Cal Ski

30 Double Unders


2. Death by Row and Rest

1 minute work / 1 minute rest

Starting at 20/15 Calories, complete the assigned reps within a minute. If you're succesful add one more rep for the next work minute. If you can no longer hit the target, return to the 15/10 until everyone in the class has reached their max.
