On weekends we cannot enter through the usual spot (Gate 8). You must enter through Gate 1, which is near the Railway line on Graylands Road.

B. 20 min AMRAP:

24/16 Cal Row (partner holds wall squat against rig)

16 DB alt Lunges (partner holds elbow plank)

10 Devil Press (partner hangs from bar)

DBs: (22.5/15kg)

*Score is total reps completed in the AMRAP.

Overall score = A + B.
