On weekends we cannot enter through the usual spot (Gate 8). You must enter through Gate 1, which is near the Railway line on Graylands Road.

Details for the CrossFit Open On Monday the 4th of March Public Holiday we will have a 9am class. Fitness:


30 min AMRAP:

P1: 500/425m Row

P2: 2 Rounds: 5 Pull Ups + 10 Wall Balls

Wall Ball: (9/6kg)

*When both partners have finished their work, switch movements.


Performance:

P2: 5 Bar Muscle Ups + 10 Wall Balls + 5 Strict Pull Ups + 10 Wall Balls
