1-2-3-4-etc: Ring Pull Up Performance: A. OTM x 10:

1-3 Strict Muscle Ups

*If you don't have these, complete 1 slow eccentric Muscle Up from low rings. If you can't keep it at least 5 seconds, do a strict transition from the ground. If you don't have a BW dip yet, complete the fitness option.


B. 8 min AMRAP:

1-2-3-4-etc: Muscle Up
