Casino Night Event Today 5pm is the close of early bird tickets so get in today. Details on the event are here:
Tuesday 7/5/22 Murph
Next Tuesday we will be doing Murph for the daily WOD. There will be modifications as always. However, due to the longer duration of the workout, there will be some classes merged to allow for completion.
There will be no 6.30 am (the 5.30 am class will continue through) so come to 5.30 am.
There will be no 5.30 pm (the 4.30 pm class will continue through) so come to 4.30 pm or 6.30 pm. 9.15 am and Noon classes will start as per usual but go longer.
Apparel Drop We have an apparel order drop coming in the next few days
WA Day Public Holiday We will have a 8am Weightlifting class followed by a 9am CrossFit Class.
