MIn 3-4: 70%
Min 5-6: 75%
Min 7-8: 77.5%
Min 9-10: 80%
*Use the same loads as last Monday if you did it then.
then until the 20 min mark build to a heavy complex:
2 Power Snatch (tng) + Overhead Squat
(25 - 37 min)
Pause (2 sec) + Front Squat (OTM)
Min 1-2: 50%
Min 2-4: 60%
Min 5-6: 70%
Min 7-8: 75%
Then 4 minutes to find a complex for the day.
*If you did this last Monday, add 2.5% to each set and try to beat your past complex.
