TUESDAY: Fitness 1. 15 minutes to build to a Heavy Triple Deadlift *look to add at least 3 percent to your heaviest 5 from last week. 2 Ascending Ladder for 7 Minutes: 3 Deadlifts (80/60kg) 3 Toes to Bar 6 Deadlifts (80/60kg) 6 Toes to Bar 9 Clean and Jerks (80/60kg) 9 Toes to Bar Add (3) Reps to Each Movement Until Time Cap Performance: 1. 15 minutes to build to a Heavy 2RM Power Clean and Jerk 2. 13.4 Ascending Ladder for 7 Minutes: 3 Clean and Jerks (60/43kg) 3 Toes to Bar 6 Clean and Jerks (60/43kg) 6 Toes to Bar 9 Clean and Jerks (60/43kg) 9 Toes to Bar Add (3) Reps to Each Movement Until Time Cap Compare to 27/1/2015 Jason W: 75 reps Paige G: 41 reps
