Christmas & New Year Timetable *Until the 5th of Jan 26' enter through Gate 1 (on Graylands av) Fitness:


A. OTM x 10: 3 Hang Power Cleans

*Start around 50% and build to a heavy 3


B. For 10 minutes (5 rounds)

30 seconds work / 30 seconds rest

M1: Russian KB Swing (32/24kg)

M2: Strict Pull Up

Score is total reps


Performance:

A. OTM x 10: 2 Hang Power Clean & Jerk

*Start around 50% and build to a heavy 2


B. For 10 minutes (5 rounds)

30 seconds work / 30 seconds rest

M1: Clean & Jerk (60/40kg)

M2: Weighted Pull Up (10/5kg) *DB between legs
