A. Staggered Grip Rope Pull Up (OT90)
6 x 4-6
*If you can do 6 with a full ROM, then use a vest. Alt grip each set (3 sets e side)
*If you can't do these with BW, do a tough hold.
B. 20 min AMRAP:
400m Run
3-6-9-12-etc Strict Pull Up
*If you don't have BW, find a band that can get you 6 UB.
