*Ensure you get a minimum 10 per round - get as many as you can and then hang on for the rest knee tucks.

Max Unbroken Muscle Ups

*Ensure you get a minimum 5 per round. If you can't do them unbroken then accumulate them. Modify to a strict low ring Muscle Up.
