B. Week 2/4 Murph Prep:

5 sets each for time, on the 5 minutes:

400m Run, then:


3 Rounds:

5 Pull Ups

10 Push Ups

15 Air Squats

*If you don't complete the 3 rounds, that's OK. Just restart regardless.

*If you can do full push ups, but not many - halve the reps. Otherwise work off elevated surface. Modify pull ups to Bulgarian Ring Row.
