In Pairs: Each workout goes for 15 minutes, and has 2 minutes rest in between.


A. Echo Bike Max Distance in 15 minutes:

*Change partner every 800/700m


B. Row Max Distance in 15 minutes:

*Change partner every 600/500m


C. Run Max Distance in 15 minutes:

*Change partner every 400m


D. Ski Max Distance in 15 minutes:

*Change partner every 200/150m
