Week 2/5 of Mikko Progressions
*If you didn't do last weeks Mikko, you will need to do it this week to get a baseline. If you did last week:
Rounds: 1, 3, 5, 7, 9: Last week's score + 1
Rounds: 2, 4, 6, 8, 10: Last week's score - 1 *If on round 10 you can do more than the -1, go for it!
So last week if your score was 10, this week on the odd rounds you will do 11 and on the even rounds you will do 9.
