On weekends we cannot enter through the usual spot (Gate 8). You must enter through Gate 1, which is near the Railway line on Graylands Road. Please check your emails/the member slack page in regard to timetable changes this week.


9am SWIM WOD @ CLAREMONT POOL Warm up

A) kick efficiency, body position and breath focus 4x25m kick on back 4x25 side kick

B) catch efficiency up 8x25m catch up with hold, 8x 25 catch up. 8x25 extended freestyle.

C) Speed efficiency challenge X number of 25m (time depending ) - count strokes aim is lowest combination of time + number of strokes in 25m
