Fitness:


In teams of 3 for 25 minutes

5 Rounds for time:

15/12 Echo Bike Calories

12 Deadlifts + 9 Hang Power Cleans (50/35kg)

*Waterfall style:

Partner 1 starts on the Bike, once they are done and start the Deadlifts, partner 2 begins the bike and partner 1 goes onto the barbell. Once the Barbell is finished Partner 1 rests. So there is always someone on the Bike, someone on the barbell and someone resting.


- 3 minutes rest -


Max Calorie Ski in the remaining time


*Regardless of where you finish, if there is only 3 minutes left on the clock - begin your Ski.
