Fitness:
The class is broken into 2 teams:
Team A: 15 min AMREP:
Max distance Prowler Push.
*1 sled between 2 people. Coaches will assign the weight.
Team B: 15 min AMREP:
150 Cal Echo Bike
*1 bike between 2 people
then, once all Bikes are done.
Max Distance 2x DB Farmers Carry (coaches will assign loads.)
- 3 min rest -
Switch stations. The team to chase down the other score is the winner.
