**The movements can't begin until both partners are done.
Then in each section complete as many reps as possible
0 - 6 min: Deadlift (100/70kg)
6 - 12 min: Strict Ring Pull Ups
12 - 18 min: Box Jump (30/24")
18 - 24 min: Wall Balls (20/14lbs, 10/9ft)
24 - 30 min: Ski Calories
