"Chad1000X"

1000 Box Step Ups for time

Wear a 20/15kg backpack/rucksack. 20" Box Step Ups

We have had step ups and running combined in workouts for the past month on Tuesdays and Wednesdays so make sure you have got this work in or are confident with you impact tolerance before attempting this workout as prescribed. This is a very challenging workout.

We do not have enough backpacks/rucksacks, you will need to bring your own if you wish to do it prescribed.

We will do this with a 70 min time cap so it will eat into the Weightlifting class a little / run a little late in the 9.30 class. Be on time and be prepared to leave a little late as no one is leaving before everyone is done or the time cap is reached.

Some alternative options are:

- Half Chad at bodyweight

- Full Chad at bodyweight

- Break it up with a partner.

*Any of these options with a reduced load or box height.

If you are unable to do any impact work it will be a 999/800 Calorie Standing Bike Erg.
