P1: 1 Rope Climb + Max Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20")
P2: Max Calorie Row
P3: Rest
P4: 400m Run
*Switch positions every time the 400m is completed, partners must tag to switch. Runners tags the resting person as they finish too and then go and tag out the P1.
