Fitness: 

A. Build to a max complex for the day in 15 minutes: 2 Hang Power Clean + 2 Front Squat


B. 4 Rounds:

2 min work / 1 min rest

5 Hang Power Cleans (60/40kg)

50 Double unders

Max Distance Row in the remaining time

*HP Cleans can be done in 2-3 sets if needed.

Performance:

2 min work / 1 min rest

5 Hang Power Cleans (100/70kg)

50 Double unders
