9 Deadlifts 80/60kg

6 Strict Chin Ups Performance: '1. Power Snatch: Hang Power Snatch + Power Snatch: Build to a Heavy in 15 minutes. You can dump the Hang Power Snatch.


2. 15 Min AMRAP:

12 Lateral Burpees

9 Power Snatch 50/35kg

6 Muscle Ups
