Info for changed hours this week because of the Caravan and Camping Show CrossFit Claremont Mobility Resource
We will be closed from 8.30am to 5.30pm There will be an additional class at 7.30am

10 Lateral Burpees over Rower
20/16 Calorie Row
20 8m Shuttle Run 20 Lateral Burpees over Rower 40/32 Calorie Row
30 8m Shuttle Run 30 Lateral Burpees over Rower
60/48 Calorie Row
*Up and back = 2 shuttle runs
*Both run at the same time, but share the row and burpees as you like. You can't begin the burpees until both partners finish the run.
Post: 2 rounds for quality:
12-15 Back to Wall Tibialis Raises
10-12 Single Leg Bent Knee Heel Raises
5 Light DB Jefferson Curls
