*Try to do the same loads as 22/12/25

*Stop and reset or touch and go.


B. For time:

200 Double Unders

50 Pull Ups

50 Line Facing Burpees

5 Rope Climbs

*16 min cap (4 min each section)

*Modify DU's to heavy rope singles and Pull Ups to Bulgarian Ring Rows.
