Christmas Party Details (& morning beach WOD)

At 7.30am we will be meeting at Swanbourne beach for a workout! We will be meeting at most northern end of the carpark behind the Shorehouse which is off Odern Cres. You won't be swimming but you may get wet so dress appropriately. CHRISTMAS PARTY DETAILS:
