We have had a huge build up of water bottles and lost property recently. Please have a look through to see if anything is yours. All water bottles left at the Gym after Saturday's classes will be thrown out too (some don't look healthy :) )

 

A. In 12 Mins build to a Heavy Complex: 3 Position Power Clean + Push Jerk.

B. 3 Rounds For Time: (12 min cap) 10 Clean and Jerks (60/42.5) 400 Meter Run Sweat: 28 minutes for Max Row Calories First 7 minutes: Non rowing partner must be holding Kettlebells in front Rack Position for the other to be rowing. Second 7 minutes: Non rowing partner has complete rest. Third 7 minutes: Non rowing partner must be holding Kettlebells in a Farmers Carry. Fourth 7 minutes: Non rowing partner has complete rest. Kettlebells: 24/16kg Post results to Beyond the Whiteboard. Use CFC123 to join.
