Factions are going to be done next Wednesday morning for the Open! If you're interested in doing the Open make sure you sign up now (don't forget to select your affiliate as CrossFit Claremont). The teams will be announced via Instagram Live next Wednesday at 11.50am where you will get to find out your captain and team mates! Friday night lights will kick off 5.30pm. Unfortunately to try and get through everyone we will be cancelling the 5.30pm class on Friday's just for the 5 weeks. If you normally do that class feel free to come in and do a workout. There will be a sign up sheet at the front desk where you will be able to book in for Friday night lights. Please make sure you put your name down because we need to know numbers beforehand so we can create heats and assign judges and keep the evening running as smoothly as possible. Each weeks Open workout will be programmed for Monday's WOD. However logistically there is no guarantee that the WOD will be suitable for a class (equipment, space required, heats etc) so to guarantee you can get an official score make it down to Friday night.If you have any questions please ask one of the coaches :)
