When, how and why did you get started with us? At the end of 2016 I was moving to Perth and i was looking for another coaching job. Paige had not long been at CrossFit Claremont and mentioned there was a position so i applied for it. I Hit Jase up about the job so he took me to breaky and i started 3 weeks later. What would be your dream workout? Something short and heavy with heaps of rest. What workout would you want to avoid? Something long, light with no rest. or anything with running. Favourite Crossfit Athlete: Rich Froning.. he was my first love when i really got hooked on CrossFit. Whats the best thing you own that cost under $100? My hat (it keeps my hair from attacking my face) Biggest fashion mistake you’ve ever made: I'm not sure I make fashion mistakes. One of my go to footwear would be, socks and sandals.
