When, how and why did you get started with us? I joined late 2021 after moving to the area and doing an google search of nearby gyms. My first crossfit experience was “The race that stops sensation” on Melbourne cup day. For time: row 3200m, OT2M 5 or 10 lateral burpees. Surprised I came back, to be honest. :-D
What would be your dream workout? Give me running any day.
Something involving:
Running
Burpees to bar
Single arm dumbbell snatch
Double unders
What workout would you want to avoid? Box jumps straight after bike - the ptsd is real. And Mikko’s triangle - no thank you.
Favourite Crossfit Athlete? All the coaches at CFC - never failing to inspire.
What's the best thing you own that costs under $100? Kiwi brand kitchen knife from the Asian grocery store. It was under $10 and I literally use it every day. So easy to sharpen and super light weight. Do yourself a favour and get one

Biggest fashion mistake you’ve ever made? Designing my own Paul Frank shirts using iron on image transfers back in the day. Fake it til you make it…

What's your fav 90s jam?
Believe - Cher. It’s a banger.
What was the last thing you watched on TV? The day of the Jackal on Binge. It’s actually very good.
The funniest thing that happened to you recently?
I recently went to the effort of making pizza dough and read some recipes that said to dust the tray with cornflour first to make the bottom crunchy. I did that but the pizza tasted horrific. Turns out bicarb soda and cornflour look the same when you don’t read the packet. Had to scrape off the toppings and eat them without the crust, it was a sad time.
