I had tried and tested everything else from regular gyms to boot camps and always felt that it just wasn’t enough, and not what I wanted. Since I knew of its existence, CrossFit was always in the back of my mind, and I couldn’t help but think it had my name all over it and maybe that this is what I was looking for all along. I finally gave it a whirl, joined the 'family', and have never looked back 👫👫 What would be your dream workout? Mmmm a long chipper of burpee box jump overs, wall balls, Double Unders, shuttle runs and kettle bell swings... All the non technical stuff it seems 🤔 What workout would you want to avoid? Anything with Snatches, every time! Favourite Crossfit Athlete: Katrin Davidsdottir and Mat Fraser- Ha, so original! But both just so inspirational and focused... Khan Porter is also a pretty easy watch for me 😉 Whats the best thing you own that cost under $100? Memory foam pillow 😴 Biggest fashion mistake you’ve ever made: Adidas popper pants. Eeeek!
