Rehab/Mobility Class Update

We’re excited to launch our new rehab and mobility classes, designed and run by qualified physiotherapists who know how bodies actually move, heal, and get stronger over time.

These classes are perfect if you’re coming back from injury, managing niggles, or simply want to move better, feel stronger, and stay resilient long-term.


How the Program Works

Our rehab and mobility classes run on a term-based structure, aligned with the school term.

  • 10-week blocks with a clear progression across the term

  • Weekly guided mobility program that builds week-to-week

  • Late starter options are available, so you’re not locked out if you miss the first week

This structure is to enable us to plan effectively and ensure you’re getting real, measurable progress—not just random sessions.


Class Schedule

You have the option of two 45-minute classes a week or just one. Each term, the upper and lower body days will switch so if you can only make one of those days you won’t be missing out.

Tuesdays – 7:30am Upper body focus (shoulders, spine, neck, arms)

Fridays – 7:30am Lower body focus (hips, knees, ankles, and lower limb control)


Each session is progressive, purposeful, and adaptable to different ability levels.


Bookings & Commitment

Bookings are essential! If you’re unable to attend a session, timely notice is required to help plan each class appropriately.


Commitment to the full 10-week block is required, allowing delivery of a structured and effective program.


Payment Options:

Full upfront payment, or

Subscription-based payments across the term.


Have a Specific Injury?

No problem. These classes are designed for general rehab and mobility, but we’ll continue to offer guided, individualised rehab for those with specific injuries or conditions.

An initial physiotherapy assessment is required for individual rehab programs

This ensures your care is targeted, safe, and appropriate for your injury

  • Those managing ongoing aches or movement restrictions.

  • Anyone wanting expert-led mobility with a clear plan and progression
