Member of the Month Oct 25' - Molly!

Congrats to our member of the Month Molly!! When, how and why did you get started with us?  

 I started at CFC in 2022, after moving over from New Zealand.  What would be your dream workout?   A 20min max, fast pace get it done style. With wall balls, BB cleans, sit ups, double unders.  What workout would you want to avoid?   Anything with the echo bike.  Favourite Crossfit Athlete?

What's the best thing you own that costs under $100? Stanley Coffee cup, has a fully sealed lid & all parts are easy to clean.

Biggest fashion mistake you’ve ever made? 

Every time I step out of the house and realise I haven’t got enough layers on & hyperthermia starts.

You are braver then you believe, and stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think - Winnie the Pooh.

What's your fav 90s jam? 

90s hip-hop, like Killing me softly with his song, No Diggity.

What was the last thing you watched on TV? 

Peaky Blinders

The funniest thing that happened to you recently?  Jase asking me at weightlifting “do you get called Jolly Roger as a nickname?” And then proceeds to go in-depth about what the Jolly Roger is & continues to walk around to other members at weightlifting and describe it to them.

If you could have another CrossFit Claremont members attribute, what would it be? 

All the other members ability to be able to efficiently & accurately calculate the weight on a barbell or the weight that needs to go on a barbell. And all other members ability to turn up on time & reply to emails on time……(whoops).
