Member of the Month November 2/2: Fergus

When, how and why did you get started with us? March 2021 - For a long time I had wanted to try CrossFit but never lived close enough to a gym. Following a short google search after not being fit enough to keep up at my local F45 gym a decision was made to try a lower-intensity exercise activity. To date, it certainly hasn’t disappointed. What workout would you want to avoid? Anything where I’m being judged, I find it particularly difficult to rep skip in those workouts. What is your member of the month WOD choice?

Antiques roadshow. The funniest thing that happened to you recently? Getting called out by Jase for having loose knee’s in a 1RM strict press attempt. Then having Lane suggest it was the funniest moment in his recent member of the month comments. Most used emoji? 💉 🍑👌 If you could have one other CrossFit Claremont member body part, what would it be? Matty Blycha’s Shoulders because that man turns up day in, day out and carries that family all on his own.
