When, how and why did you get started with us?
I started at Crossfit Claremont in 2021, I had had enough training at a globo gym by myself and needed to join and do classes again and have someone yell at me to move.
What would be your dream workout?
Preferably something with the barbell including some cleans, overhead press or squats. What workout would you want to avoid?
Anything with running, wall balls, thrusters and the echo bike. Favourite Crossfit Athlete?

Forgetting to let go of the bar and stacking it and having bruises all over me for 2 weeks after and a side of whip lash.
